Un QTL majeur en lien avec la concentration en n\u00e9olignane-2 a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019un lot de 50 g\u00e8nes directement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la voie m\u00e9tabolique des ph\u00e9nylpropano\u00efdes et diff\u00e9rentiellement exprim\u00e9s chez des arbres pr\u00e9sentant des niveaux de concentration oppos\u00e9s en flavono\u00efdes, stilbeno\u00efdes et n\u00e9olignanes. Ce travail apporte un nouvel \u00e9clairage quant aux g\u00e8nes impliqu\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9ponse aux stress biotiques et abiotiques chez l\u2019\u00e9pinette blanche. <a href=\"https:\/\/internal-journal.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fpls.2021.675108\/full\">Lien vers la publication<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un article de Galeano et collaborateurs, bas\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es de puce de g\u00e9notypage, a mis en \u00e9vidence un taux de contamination pollinique moyen d\u2019environ 30% dans un verger \u00e0 graines \u00e0 pollinisation libre d\u2019\u00e9pinette blanche d\u2019Alberta. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que le pollen exog\u00e8ne provenait d\u2019une source localis\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 1 kilom\u00e8tre du verger, en amont des vents dominants.
